We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express at time
of sale for your convenience.
Payment terms by check or electronic funds transfers are net 30
days, F.O.B. TETRA Medical Supply with approved credit or to established
accounts. A late charge of 1.5% per month on the unpaid balance will be added
to overdue accounts.
Minimum billing amount will be $25.00.

Most orders are filled the same day but please allow 3 weeks for
delivery on all items marked “special order”.
We strive to increase our product line with quality items and
improve our current products. With this in mind we reserve the right to change,
modify, add or discontinue products without prior notification. We will do our
best to inform customers using these products in advance but accept no
responsibility for not doing so.
If you wish to order one or more of our products for evaluation
you will be billed at a discounted sample price. If the sample is not
satisfactory, and it has not been used or worn, you may return it prepaid to us
within 30 days and your account will be credited in full. Please let us know
when your order is for evaluation to avoid confusion.
After 30 days, products purchased for evaluation may not be
returned for refund.
In accordance with our desire to provide the finest quality and
service we will promptly, at no cost to the customer, accept the following for

ALL returns must have prior written authorization from TETRA
Medical Supply. For item returns resulting from customer error, the items must
be returned prepaid and must be in a resalable condition. Returns within 30
days are subject to a ten (10) percent restocking charge. Returns after 30 days
are subject to twenty-five (25) percent restocking charge. We will not accept
any returns after 90 days.
